Make a clear list of what you can't live without, and what you would love to include as extra perks. This list will help you stay within your budget while including everything your family needs in your brand new house plan.
TAKE TIME TO BUILD IT RIGHT
Rome wasn't built in a day. and neither will your stunning new home. Your builder should work in a timely manner in order to oversee all aspects of the construction and ensure all subcontractors are giving you the best quality. Take your time choosing finishes and colors for the final touch.
STAY ORGANIZED
Store a copy of your floor plan. inspiration images, and even builder communication in a binder. By staying organized and keeping all important information related to your new home in one place you will avoid a lot of stress, and will truly enjoy the build.
BE FLEXIBLE
Expect the unexpected! Pouring the foundation is delayed by rain. Your favorite exterior stone is back ordered. Your builder may need to make small adjustments to your layout to fit your site. Unexpected surprises can often result in even better results.
