The exterior of this traditional house plan offers a welcoming rocking chair front porch with a gazebo and a spacious outdoor cooking lounge complete with a built-in grille, bar-b-que, ovens, and tile flooring. Peaked rooflines, dormers, pane glass windows flanked with shutters, and warming coach lights will welcome you home.  

As you enter the foyer, the first of four family bedrooms in this split-bedroom home sits off to the left offering three closets, a full bath, and a window seat from which one can perch. To the right of the foyer is a quiet den with a stone fireplace and built-in bookcases, offering a quiet respite to read, study, or work on your laptop.  Leading to the upper level, ornate railings embellish the wide staircase with built-in shelving under the stairs and a utility room beyond.
