How are modification fees calculated?

By scope and complexity (e.g., moving walls vs. roof/framing changes) and whether CAD files are needed. Your estimate shows a line-item price for the stock plan + your changes.

How long do modifications take once I order?

Typically 1–4 weeks, depending on scope and revision rounds. We’ll share a target timeline with your estimate.

Do I need to buy the base plan first?

No. Review your estimate first. When you approve it, we’ll help you purchase the plan and start right away.

Will my modified plans meet local codes / can you stamp the plans?

Plans are drawn to model codes, but local requirements vary. Your building department may require a local licensed engineer/architect for stamping or site-specific calculations.
