How to Modify Your House Plan

Explore our home plan collection and choose the home that best fits your needs. Determine what changes you would like to make to the plan.

To submit your modification request choose one of the following methods:

1. Go to the page of the home plan you've chosen and click 'Modify This Plan' or visit our Modification Application page. Fill out the modification request form to receive an estimate.  While there is a $25 consultation fee to receive an estimate, that fee is credited towards the total cost of your house plan modifications. If your changes are detailed, we recommend submitting a sketch of your modifications.
2. Call 770-831-6363 to speak with one our home plan specialists about your modifications. If your changes are detailed, we recommend emailing a sketch of your modifications directly to the representative after your initial consultation.

Modification estimates will be provided within 1-2 business days.
