Southwestern house plan is specially designed for a zero-lot-line or
narrow lot. The dramatic two-story entry from the porch opens to a two-story foyer flanked by the quiet
study and the elegant dining room with built-ins and double doors leading to the pantry and kitchen for ease in serving. The family gathering area consists of the large
family room with built-ins and a corner
fireplace, the kitchen boasting a large breakfast bar and free-standing
island for plenty of counter space, and the
breakfast area with access to the patio. The family room also hosts the bar/wine room.
Off the family room is a gallery with the second door to the patio. The gallery leads to the master suite with bayed
